The tireless work of the Arcturians and their assistants has helped Earth avoid many of the previously prophesied cataclysms, but due to the large number of negatively-oriented souls on Earth, it is not possible to prevent all of Mother Earth’s corrective actions. Our group complex, along with the Arcturians and various other councils of Light, make regular determinations as to where and when to direct our preventive energies. Often, we allow earthquakes and volcanoes to occur. Sometimes we are able to redirect earthquakes farther out to sea away from populated areas, or reduce the magnitude of large earthquakes, or even-out the pressure inside the Earth’s crust to prevent certain volcanoes from erupting.

Our intention is to keep earthquakes in populated regions of the world below 8.0 on your Richter scale. So far, most of the larger earthquakes have been successfully moved off shore. In 2011, an earthquake and tsunami caused the destruction of some of your nuclear facilities in the country of Japan. This was allowed to happen because the radiation levels released were not sufficient to endanger all life forms on Earth, and our various groups determined that allowing this cataclysm might send a strong message to those in the nuclear industry that it was time to develop safer ways of producing and delivering energy. Since the destruction of the nuclear plants, we note that a few souls employed in that industry have heeded the warning, while the majority has not.

It is important to note that none of us in the higher realms ever intentionally cause a disaster on your Earth. In addition, we regularly intervene in the affairs of negative ETs when their actions threaten the entire life cycle on Earth.

As stated previously, we keep our intervention to minimal levels and rarely prevent man-made disasters, even when it is obvious to our detection systems that a disaster is about to occur. In a few rare cases, we will warn you prior to the event, but for the most part, you are allowed to continue messing up your planet as long as there are still safe places for the Lightworkers.

The Galactic Confederation (aka Galactic Federation), a group of souls from over 1,000 star systems, is the primary group in charge of neutralizing your nuclear, chemical and electromagnetic weapons systems whenever it is determined that the use of such devices could endanger the entire Earth. They have already intervened on five different occasions when it appeared likely that you would destroy yourselves with nuclear weapons. They have also prevented large-scale use of certain EM weapons when their deployment would have threatened to destabilize the Earth’s grid system beyond the point of recovery.

There have been a couple of interventions in your weather modification programs when the methods being employed threatened the stability of your atmosphere. Contrary to popular belief, however, chemtrails (aerosol spraying of chemicals into your atmosphere to control weather) generally do not significantly impact areas thousands of miles away from the area of application. Chemtrails for purposes of warfare or biological population control are not perfected to the point where large-scale intervention is necessary. The vast majority of the trails seen in your skies involve ordinary condensation from airplane exhaust.

We have contemplated intervention in your genetically modified organisms program and have considered cleaning up some of the pollution from your natural gas wells, but so far these issues have not compromised the Earth sufficiently to warrant completely stopping these programs. Also, it would be difficult to intervene in your biological experimentation without making ourselves obvious to your scientists.

We wish to reiterate that we have no intention of revealing ourselves to large numbers of humanity. Only a tiny percentage of souls on Earth are open and receptive to our messages and even fewer are ready to have spacecraft landing in their front yards. Besides, our group complex has evolved beyond the need for mechanical transport devices.

Another reason we are not intervening in more programs is because large numbers of souls on Earth are becoming aware of the inherent dangers in many of your genetic and biological endeavors and especially, genetically modified organisms. This means you may be able to reverse some of the more destructive programs without our direct help.

We note that the use of genetically modified crops, and the large amount of pesticides sprayed on those crops, has endangered your honeybees and other insects. If the bee levels drop below a certain point, a small amount of intervention may be undertaken to ensure that vital crops continue to get pollinated. We also assure you that some non-GMO seeds will be kept safe from cross-pollination.
