One of the questions often asked during the lectures and seminars with Sal Rachele in Bulgaria was about the composite vibrational level of the city and the country, as well as of the group of the attendees in the hall. Specifically, for Sofia, Bulgaria and the world the vibrational values were as follows:

- Sofia: 3.72
- Bulgaria: 3.65
- the world: 3.57

Notably, the composite vibrational level of Bulgaria is slightly above that of the world, and the level of Sofia is slightly above that of the country.

Even though the composite level of Bulgaria is above the average for the world, it is still below the 4.0 level necessary for passing through the shift towards the new Golden Age on Earth. As the frequency of the Earth itself surpassed 4.0 on December 21, 2012, this means the majority of Bulgarians are not ready to make the shift to the New Age, and even less so for physical ascension.

If we remove the lightworkers from the equation, the average level for Bulgaria would be even lower, perhaps about 3.5, which is a notch higher than the animal consciousness of third density, related primarily to physical survival and procreation.

Unlike these values for the general public, the vibrational level of the group in the hall during the lecture in Sofia was 4.47, considerably higher than the general level and above 4.0 necessary for passing through the shift to the new Golden Age. The level of the people who attended the two seminars in Sofia and Varna was even higher and surpassed 4.50 necessary for physical ascension.

Of course, such high levels are not much of a surprise as people of lower vibration would not be interested in a lecture or seminar on spirituality. For us, the sponsors of the events, and for Sal, working with such a group, dedicated to their spiritual growth, was a real pleasure and was worth the time and effort, as the time spent together was a wonderful experience. And we thank you for that!

During the private sessions, Sal reiterated time and again how important spiritual practice is for raising the vibrational level and how often such practice is crucial for one's evolutionary path and readiness for making the shift toward the new Golden Age.

Generally speaking, the 3.0 level of consciousness is related to the survival and procreation of humankind. Level 4.0 is the higher mind when one becomes aware of the higher truths and aspires to manifest and express them in their lives. Level 5.0 is about love, service and compassion. This is the level when one feels himself or herself as part of the Creation and the ego steps aside, giving way to service to others as a natural need. And so, as the video concludes, what we have achieved should not be an excuse for indolence; rather, it should inspire us to continue on our conscious path of spiritual growth and development!
